FAQ

Is this MLM?+
No. No buy-in, no inventory, no requirement to recruit. You get paid commission for sales you personally close. We have a referral bonus if you bring in a rep who makes it through training — but recruiting is never required and never the main income path.
How much can I realistically make?+
First few weeks: possibly very little while you learn the pitch. Month 2, consistent reps typically close 2–4 accounts per day. Month 3 strong performers can clear solid four figures monthly — and many go well beyond. There is no cap. Your rate also goes up as your rank goes up and as your weekly account total climbs.
What does a typical day look like?+
Mid-morning briefing with the team. Head to your designated Oahu territory. Knock doors, pitch Hawaiian Telcom fiber internet, handle objections, close accounts. Log everything on your phone through the rep dashboard. Done by early evening. Check your leaderboard rank. Plan tomorrow. Repeat.
Do I need sales experience?+
No. Some of our best reps came in with zero sales background — military, retail, restaurant, trades. What matters is mindset: can you handle rejection, show up consistently, and follow a proven system? If yes, we'll teach you the rest.
How does pay work?+
1099 independent contractor. Commission per confirmed install, paid bi-weekly. Your rate per sale increases as you level up through Rookie → Grinder → Performer → Elite/Vanguard. New reps also get a weekly bonus rate boost for hitting account milestones — see the earnings section above.
What if I struggle in the first few weeks?+
We expect it. The first 2–4 weeks are the hardest — before the pitch clicks, before you handle objections without thinking, before the income starts flowing. Brandon and CarlJake are in the field with you. If you show up and are coachable, we invest in you. If you don't show up, there's nothing we can do.
