We're an Oʻahu door-to-door team selling home services homeowners actually want — fiber, solar and battery, backup power, LED lighting, roofing. No gimmicks, no bait pricing, nothing we wouldn't put in our own houses.
What You'd Be Selling
Nobody on this team has to talk somebody into something they don't need. We pick lines the same way: would you put it in your own house, and would you still be comfortable on that street in six months?
Hawaiian Telcom. Local carrier, local techs, real fiber to the house. Half the island is still on copper paying more for less.
With Royal Hawaiian Builders. Panels, storage and virtual power plant enrolment — on the highest power bills in the country.
Standalone battery backup for homes that don't want panels but do want the lights on when the grid drops.
A whole-home lighting retrofit that pays for itself off the power bill. The easiest conversation on this list.
With Royal Hawaiian Builders. Salt air and sun are hard on a roof here, and most people are overdue rather than undecided.
No pressure scripts, no bait pricing, no trapping somebody in a contract they didn't understand. If a line needs those to work, we don't carry it.
Every door you knock has a neighbour behind it. On an island that small, the only sales job worth having is one where you can run into the customer at Foodland afterwards.
That's not a slogan — it's why we only sign brands that install what they sold and stand behind it.The Ladder
This is the whole fiber pay structure — there isn't a second page. Sales written Monday through Sunday set the rung, and it applies to every install from that week, not just the ones after you crossed the line. Solar, battery, lighting and roofing pay their own commission per job, which is a different and much bigger number.
Per confirmed install, paid on a set schedule. Sub-gig products count as half a sale toward the rung and pay half the rate. You're paid as a contractor — you'll file a 1099, and we'll tell you what that means before you sign anything, not after.
The Format
The team runs on a race calendar. Sunday you plan. Midweek is a sprint, the back half is the race, and points come from where you finish — not from one monster week nobody can repeat.
Championship points come from where you place in a round, on the same scale F1 uses. A consistent second beats someone who wins once and disappears.
There's a minimum number of sales to be classified in a round. Under it you're listed with everything you did, but you don't score. Effort alone doesn't put you on a podium.
Podium finishes carry prizes, scaled by the volume behind them. A sprint pays a share of a race — it's a real result, not a consolation.
Before Your First Door
Most people we hire have never sold anything. What we won't do is hand you an address list and wish you luck.
You shadow working reps before you knock a single door yourself. You'll see real conversations — including the ones that go nowhere.
Modules on the product, the pitch, objections and retention, each with a quiz you have to pass. It's on your phone and you do it on your time.
Your territory, your doors, your pipeline and your pay — all live, on the same app the whole team runs on. You always know what you're owed.
